Richard, I want you to know that our long friendship has deeply enriched my life with wonderful experiences and memorable times together. When I think of so many of the best times in my life, you are there smiling and part of them. We've navigated sea voyages and life journeys both together and in our own ways and now you are heading into uncharted waters.
